New Orleans police search for man accused of removing ankle monitor

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Officers with the New Orleans Police Department are searching for a man who is accused of removing his ankle monitor.

The NOPD reported that 29-year-old Marlon Castellanos-Munoz was arrested in September 2024 and faces charges of indecent behavior with juveniles and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile in connection with an alleged incident.

On Tuesday, March 11, NOPD child abuse detectives announced that Castellanos-Munoz allegedly removed his court-ordered ankle monitor and are asking for the public’s help in locating him.
