Mooresville police: Standoff in home ends after man kills himself
MOORESVILLE, Ind. — Officers with the Mooresville Police Department are investigating after a Monday morning standoff ended with a man killing himself in a Mooresville home.
Mooresville Police Chief Kerry Buckner told FOX59/CBS4 that a woman was reportedly assaulted in a home near the intersection of S Indiana Street and W South Street on Monday morning.

Buckner said an armed man was barricaded inside that home. Buckner later told FOX59/CBS4 that the man has reportedly killed himself. The department has South Street closed currently.
