RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – A motorcyclist was killed during a crash in Rankin County.
Investigator Tyler Burnell, with the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office, said deputies were notified about the crash shortly before 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 6. It occurred on Highway 469 near West Mountain Creek Road.
The unidentified motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash is under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP).
