JXN Water warns customers of service cuts over unpaid bills

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – JXN Water officials want to remind residential and business customers to stay current on their water bills.

Officials said customers with delinquent accounts or those who have no account but have been actively using water are at risk of disconnection should contact JXN Water immediately to discuss options.

“We know that water is not just a household necessity, but a critical resource for small businesses, restaurants, and other establishments that rely on it every day,” said interim Third-Party Manager Ted Henifin. “We also understand that many in our community have faced financial challenges, and we want to work with customers before they reach the point of disconnection. If you are behind, please don’t wait—call us now. There are payment options available to help keep your service on.”
