By rssfeeds-admin MANDEVILLE, La. (WGNO) — The online king cake ranking system King Cake Snob has announced which king cakes took home its 2025 seal of approval!
According to a news release, thousands of Mardi Gras enthusiasts and king cake fans voted for their favorite king cake in two categories including Best Traditional and Best Filled.
With the conclusion of carnival season, these king cakes took home the King Cake Snob seal of approval:
- Best Traditional: Caluda’s King Cake
- Best Filled: Nonna Randazzo’s Bakery’s Cream Cheese filled
According to the King Cake Snob website, runners-up in the Best Traditional category included Nonna Randazzo’s, Antoine’s Bakery, Randazzo’s Camellia City Bakery and Manny Randazzo’s.
Runners-up in the filled category included Caluda’s King Cake’s cream cheese, Nonna Randazzo’s cream cheese and pecan praline, Caluda’s King Cakes strawberry cream cheese and Nonna Randazzo’s pecan praline.
