Silver Alert issued Tuesday afternoon for Fulton Co. man


A Silver Alert has been issued for a Fulton County man. Eighty-two-year-old Richard Lauren Shopen of Mammoth Spring was last seen in Springfield, Missouri, Monday afternoon at 3.Authorities say Shopen may be traveling toward Kansas City or Mammoth Spring. He is believed to be driving a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz with Arkansas license plate 151 YEX.
Shopen is described as a 6-foot-2 white male weighing approximately 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
