Indiana tourism project to create estimated 1,800 new jobs to Tri-State

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A developer, funder and project manager have been announced for “EDGE of the Lakes”, a $250 million tourism development in Boonville. Officials say this project will bring an estimated 1,800 new jobs to the Tri-State.

Officials say the collaboration includes New York-based firm M&Y Developers, Traylor Building, Barry Eisdorfer, Muntz Investment Evaluation Services, Carubba Engineering and LCS Capital to bring EDGE to life.

The EDGE development is said to create an estimated 1,000 new construction jobs and over 800 direct and indirect jobs for the Tri-State area.

Developers say the EDGE will be compromised of a 140 key hotel and an entertainment space including go-karts, an amphitheater, retail space and more.
