By rssfeeds-admin ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — An Illinois correctional officer has been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly having sex with two inmates.
Danny Spyker, 40, of Lanark, was indicted on charges of allegedly engaging in sexual acts with inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution in Thomson in both December 2023 and March 2024.
Spyker has been placed on administrative leave since June 2024.
He faces up to 15 years in prison on each charge.
