Fire could cause delays on I-220 in Jackson

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – A fire in Jackson may affect traffic along Interstate 220 Wednesday morning.

The fire is located along I-220 between the Industrial Drive and Medgar Evers Boulevard exits.

According to the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT), drivers should expect delays in both directions of I-220.

A WJTV 12 News crew is at the scene and will have more information as soon as it becomes available.
