Two injured in shooting at Mamou Mardi Gras celebration Monday night
MAMOU, La. (KLFY) – 2 people were injured Monday night at a Mamou Mardi Gras celebration concert.
The shooting happened just after 10pm during the concert. Organizers of the event told KLFY News that 2 people were shot at during a fight. Both were taken to a local hospital with minor injuiries.
Organizers say the shut down the concert and party immediately following the shooting.
