Rockford Restaurants compete to see which one has the best vegan food

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford restaurants are competing against each other to see which business has the best vegan menu items.

Diners will have the opportunity to vote on which items and restaurants are the best.

The contest runs until the end of March.

One participating restaurant is extremely excited about the chance to share its best vegan food with the community.

“Rockford’s growing and becoming a wonderful downtown area and it’s nice to be able to see all the [people] that are coming out for the first time that have never had our food,” said Disco Chicken Manager Krystle Testa.
