Police investigate death of man found by burned car in Taylor County

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — Police are investigating the death of a man Friday in Taylor County.

The Taylor County Dispatch Center contacted Kentucky State Police around 12:48 p.m. to ask for help investigating a death on Gaddis Ridge Road in Taylor County.

LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

According to a news release, the preliminary investigation found a burned vehicle with a dead man outside.

An autopsy is scheduled to be performed tomorrow at the State Medical Examiner’s Office.

The investigation is ongoing.
