Longest running golf show on the West Coast returns to Portland Expo

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The oldest and arguably most successful golf exhibition returns to Portland Expo Center on Feb. 28 and runs through March 2.

The event is headlined by a new golf stimulator that features one of the most famous courses in Pebble Beach. It also gives golf enthusiasts the first opportunity to see the new 2025 club and apparel collections from big companies such as Callaway and Titleist.

One of the main exhibition speakers, Birk Nelson, played against Tiger Woods in college, is certified by TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), and was an All-American Golfer at Oregon State.

Event organizer Dick Stephens expressed his excitement for the new products and said, “this is the kickoff consumer event for the golf market. It’s a way for everyone to come together and celebrate the sport, but also see what’s new. “

On March 1, the golf expo will be hosting Women’s Day with the LPGA doing a big seminar, a women’s putting challenge, and a special appearance by the Portland Classic golf committee.

A major plus for golf fans will be an onsite driving range featuring all the new golf club models where people can then get fitted by professionals for free.
