According to a news release from the department, Dusty Milburn was last seen on Oct. 25, 2024 in the area of S State Avenue and Prospect Street. Milburn is described as being around 5′ 10” and having brown hair and blue eyes.
IMPD said that Milburn, who is reportedly homeless, is known to frequent multiple areas, including:
“Outreach programs familiar with (Wilburn) have not seen or heard from Dusty, who is homeless and commonly seen panhandling,” the release read. “Dusty may be in need of medical services.”
The release said if individuals have information on Wilburn’s whereabouts, they are asked to call 911, the department’s missing persons unit at (317) 327-6160 or the Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-8477.
