By rssfeeds-admin 64-year-old Charles Brinson of Trenton, New Jersey, was arrested at his home on February 19 and charged with allegedly sexually assaulting an incapacitated minor, according to investigators.
Brinson is referred to as the bishop and pastor at ‘Brinson Memorial Church Incorporated’ on Brinton Avenue in Trenton, New Jersey.
According to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, the assaults happened back in January and February of 2024.
Brinson is charged with two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, among other charges.
The victim told police that Brinson held a bottle with an unknown clear substance up to their nose, which caused the 16-year-old to lose consciousness before the assaults, according to Action News at 10.
