Janesville woman found guilty of vehicular homicide
JANESVILLE, Ill. (WTVO) — Lexus Boedecker, 24, was found guilty of four counts of homicide by vehicle while being under the influence of controlled substances on Wednesday.

On April 13, 2024, Boedecker ran a stop sign while driving a van that caused a chain reaction crash with two other vehicles.

The crash caused four deaths, three died on the scene, and four others were injured. The fourth died in a hospital days later.

Boedecker was found with a THC vape cartridge at the scene.

She was charged in August 2024 when tests revealed the suspect had THC in her system while she was driving.
