Crime Reports: Suspect accused of dumping concrete in City of Abilene retention pond

Incidents

4800 block of Rio Mesa Drive – Illegal Dumping
A known suspect dumped concrete in a city stormwater retention pond and also left concrete in a gutter.

1400 block of Westview Drive – Criminal Mischief
Police responded to a call for service, where a suspect damaged a victim’s vehicle.

3200 block of S Clack Street – Theft of Property
A victim reported a known suspect stole metal from a storage bin behind a business.

1000 block of Cedar Street – Burglary of Building
A victim reported their north Abilene building was broken into.

UNDISCLOSED LOCATION – Theft of Property
A report was completed for theft of property.

200 block of Cedar Street – Theft of Property
A citizen reported his wallet was stolen while he was sleeping in a downtown Abilene parking garage.

1800 block of S Treadaway Boulevard – Theft of Firearm
A report was completed for theft of a firearm.

2200 block of Industrial Boulevard – Indecent Exposure
Indecent exposure was reported in Abilene.

4000 block of Brook Hollow Drive – Theft of Property
A victim reported an unknown suspect stole property worth $750.

600 block of EN 16th Street – Assault Family Violence
A victim reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend in north Abilene.

4000 block of Sue Ellen Drive – Criminal Trespass
A suspect was arrested for criminal trespass in north Abilene.

2700 block of N Judge Ely Boulevard – Burglary of Vehicle

Delmar Sergent – Criminal Trespass, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Prohibited Substance in Correction Facility

Edward Murillo – Driving While License Invalid
