19 arrests and counting: SPD says habitual offender wanted on felony theft warrant

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A Shreveport man, who officers say has an extensive record of property crimes, including 19 prior theft-related arrests and three convictions, is wanted once again by the Shreveport Police Department (SPD).

Detectives say 42-year-old Jason Pilgram is wanted on one count of Felony Theft as a Habitual Offender.

SPD says officers responded to a theft report at the Target store located at 7110 Youree Drive on February 22, 2025. The officer identified the suspect as Pilgram through witness testimony and surveillance video.
