ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – On Sunday, a tragic incident occurred when 28-year-old Alexander Shute died while attempting a motorcycle stunt at a downtown parking garage in Abilene. In light of this, Dyess Air Force Base has expressed its condolences to his family and friends.
Senior Airman Alexander Shute served with the 7th Munitions Squadron at Dyess Air Force Base. He died following an off-duty motorcycle accident in downtown Abilene.
“The entire Dyess family is profoundly saddened by the loss of Airman Shute,” said Col. Seth Spanier, Commander of the 7th Bomb Wing. “Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and fellow Airmen during this incredibly difficult time. We are committed to providing support to those affected by this tragedy.”
