Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, Super Bowl Champion, and Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts chose the Children`s Hospital of Philadelphia. Hurts visited CHOP in November 2024 and three oncology patients helped him design his cleats.
Hurts wore the cleats against the Carolina Panthers on December 8, 2024.
The cleats are being auctioned off to benefit CHOP. The auction will close on March 8. Click here
