When they arrived, police found two individuals running from the back of the house.

District Attorney O’Donell says one of the inviduals had what appeared to be money coming from his pockets.

The two individuals were then taken into custody, according to Sunbury Police.

The District Attorney says police were then informed that a third individual involved in the robbery was still in a house in the 500 block of Susquehanna Avenue.

“At that point in time, there was a residence that we believed there was other individuals in. The residence was secured, we made contact with the individuals inside the residence, we were able to take two individuals into custody, and so there is no threat to the public at this time,” District Attorney O’Donnell.

A portion of Front Street, Susquehanna Avenue, Fort Augusta Avenue, and Reagan Street were shut down during the investigation but have since reopened.
