Man dies in the hospital after being found unconscious in the road

According to officials with the Ogden Police Department, the man was found around 1 a.m. on Feb. 23, when responders with the Ogden Fire Department were responding to a different call.

The man was found unconscious in a turn lane, near the intersection of 36th Street and Washington Boulevard, according to police. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

The man has been identified as being in his 30s, but other identifying information has not yet been released by officials.

Further details about the circumstances leading to the man’s death were not immediately shared with ABC4.com. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
