Man charged with 20 counts of child sex abuse in Menifee County investigation

MENIFEE COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested a man in February who was charged with 20 counts of possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in connection with a Menifee County investigation.

State police posted on Facebook that Seth Woodard Bills, 27, was arrested on Feb. 13 as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation in Menifee County.

The investigation began when Bills was allegedly found to be sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.

Troopers said equipment was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic lab to be examined.

LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

Bills was charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor under the age of 12 in a sexual performance. This charge is a Class-C felony punishable by five to ten years in prison.

He was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail.
