Shreveport officers say Tolliver has a long history of sexual assault charges and is now charged two counts of first-degree rape for allegedly assaulting a child under the age of 13. It stems from a sexual assault reported in the 700 block of Navajo Trail just after 3:00 p.m. on January 13, 2025.
Shreveport police said if convicted, Tolliver could not only face a life sentence, but also be considered for the death penalty, due to the victim’s being under the age of 13.
