Summary: A freezing cold start following the Arctic front that passed by nearly 24-36 hours earlier. Some light wintry mix that we saw yesterday continuing today. Some snow drizzle ongoing this morning causing some slight accumulation on the side of roadways due to the howling winds. Temperatures feel in the negatives for ALL of us. The risk of hypothermia and frostbite can happen in as little as 15-30 minutes. Skies briefly clear but deceiving as we prepare to break a record low maximum temperature today if we stay below 35° set back in 1959. By Friday afternoon we finally warm back up above freezing with a taste of summer by next week with high temperatures near 80°.
Today: Haze, gusty with blowing snow and cloudy skies. High Temperature: 25°
Tonight: Mostly clear, breezy with single digit wind chills. Low Temperature: 9°
