NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A popular New Orleans establishment, Tracey’s Irish Channel Bar, will be celebrating a ribbon-cutting for its new location on Thursday, Feb. 20, at 3 p.m.
According to Tracey’s, the new spot will be set in a 9,000-square-foot space at 3226 Magazine St., a few blocks upriver from its original location.
With the increased space, Tracey’s will have access to a larger kitchen and an “enriched” menu that can include traditional New Orleans-style foods. Additionally, the new location will feature over 20 TVs, and an upstairs space dedicated to pinball machines.
Tracey’s is run by Jeffrey and Jaimee Carreras, who managed another Irish Channel bar for 12 years before to opening Tracey’s in 2010.
