
According to investigators, detectives began conducting an investigation into prostitution occurring at a Ridgeland hotel on Thursday, February 13.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested Samantha Jean Lombardi, 35, of Jackson, for soliciting prostitution. Lee Anthony Corentin, 33, of Jackson, was arrested for promoting prostitution.
Police said Lombardi was found to be in possession of 20 grams of methamphetamine, 40 dosage units of ecstasy, liquid PCP, liquid codeine, and a 9mm handgun. According to officers, the firearm was reported stolen through the Capitol Police Department.
Police said Corentin was also found to be in possession of a misdemeanor amount of marijuana.
Lombardi was booked at the Ridgeland Police Department and charged with conspiracy to commit a crime-felony (meth), possession of a controlled substance-felony (PCP), possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (meth), trafficking a controlled substance-felony (ecstasy), possession of a stolen weapon-felony, possession of a weapon by convicted felon-felony, and prostitution.
Corentin was booked in and charged with promoting prostitution-felony and possession of paraphernalia-misdemeanor.
Lombardi and Corentin were later transported to the Madison County Detention Center.
