Crime Reports: Multiple cars hit during random shooting in Abilene

Incidents

6000 block of Hwy 277 S – Theft of Property
A south Abilene convenience store manager reported an employee had committed theft of lottery tickets.

5600 block of Red Hawk Circle – Harassment
A victim claimed he and his family were threatened with harm from a known suspect.

4000 block of Lynwood Lane – Terroristic Threat Cause Fear of Imminent SBI
A victim reported a terroristic threat in south Abilene.

2900 block of S 1st Street – Assault Family Violence
A victim claimed she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend.

2400 block of S 11th Street – Theft of Motor Vehicle
Police responded to a stolen trailer in south Abilene. The victim did wish to press charges.

2900 block of S 1st Street – Theft of Property
$200 was reported stolen.

1000 block of S 2nd Street – Assault
A report for assault was taken in south Abilene.

2500 block of Garfield Avenue – Assault Family Violence
An assault family violence incident was reported.

1900 block of Oak Street – Injury to Child
Police responded to a disturbance call in south Abilene where a wife assaulted her husband. He did have visible injuries.

700 block of High Street – Assault Family Violence
A report for assault was taken and the victim did not wish to pursue charges.

2700 block of Bennett Drive – Burglary of Habitation
A TV, Laptop, lawn mower, jewelry box, makeup, and more were reported stolen.

5300 block of N 9th Street – Deadly Conduct
An unknown suspect sought a firearm multiple times overnight, striking two vehicles that were parked on the road.

3100 block of Hunt Street – Continuous Violence Against the Family
A suspect assaulted his girlfriend and was arrested for continuous violence against family.

1600 block of Ambler Avenue – Theft of Property
$432 worth of items were reported stolen.

100 block of Meander Street – Assault

5200 block of S 1st Street – Criminal Trespass
An arrest was made for criminal trespass.

4300 block of Sayles – Warrant
An arrest warrant was issued after an assault family violence incident was reported.

1500 block of Pecan Street – Criminal Trespass
A criminal trespass report was made in south Abilene.

1200 block of Yeomans Road – Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon
A report for aggravated assault was taken.

1800 block of Grape Street – Assault
A report for assault was taken.

500 block of N Judge Ely Boulevard – Assault
Police responded to a north Abilene apartment complex where an offender was arrested for a disturbance.

2900 block of Old Anson Road – Assault Impede Breath
A victim reported a suspect strangled her following a verbal argument.

2700 block of Button Willow Parkway – Criminal Mischief
A report for criminal mischief was completed.

2600 block of Woodard Street – Burglary of Habitation
A wedding ring, designer purse, and several firearm were reported stolen.
