KLFY) — Looking for an authentic Cajun experience this Carnival season?
The Cajun Mardi Gras Festival is back, bringing five days of family-friendly Mardi Gras celebrations to Downtown Eunice.
This free festival is one of the largest in Louisiana and remains the most traditional Mardi Gras experience in the state, organizers said. Visitors can enjoy a packed schedule of live music, parades, cultural presentations, and time-honored Cajun traditions Feb. 28 – March 4.
The festival boasts a stellar lineup of Cajun and Zydeco artists, including Wayne Toups, The Vermilionaires, Rusty Metoyer & The Zydeco Krush, Jamie Bergeron & The Kickin’ Cajuns, Horace Trahan & The Ossun Express, Steve Riley & The Mamou Playboys, and many more.
“The Eunice Mardi Gras Festival is where Louisiana’s heritage truly shines,” festival organizers said. “From the traditional Courir de Mardi Gras to the live performances of Louisiana’s finest musicians, this event brings our culture to life in an unparalleled way.”
