Operation Breeze was initiated in 2024 by the Kokomo Police. During the arrests, which occurred throughout January, detectives found “dealer quantities” of meth, fentanyl, marijuana, cocaine and psychedelic mushrooms as well as 13 guns, body armor and around $12,000 in cash.
The following people were arrested during Operation Breeze. All charges are in Howard County unless otherwise specified.

In addition to the 13 arrests made, Kokomo police said there are active arrest warrants out for two other Howard County suspects. Hayley Anderson and Kaylie Dixon are both charged with dealing methamphetamine and have yet to be located by police.

KPD said the Wabash County Drug Task Force, Kokomo Police Department K-9 Division, and Kokomo Police Department Patrol Division were integral in the investigation surrounding Operation Breeze.
