5 Kentucky elementary students treated after eating THC gummies
LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Five Kentucky elementary school students accidentally ate THC gummies Wednesday, mistaking them for candy.
The principal at Wellington Elementary in Louisville informed parents that a student brought the gummies from home and shared them with classmates, not realizing they contained THC.
School leaders warned families to be mindful of what children can access, noting the packaging labeled Liitt Exotics could easily be mistaken for regular candy.
