LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Five Kentucky elementary school students accidentally ate THC gummies Wednesday, mistaking them for candy.
The principal at Wellington Elementary in Louisville informed parents that a student brought the gummies from home and shared them with classmates, not realizing they contained THC.
Emergency medical services and the school nurse checked the students, who showed no signs of distress and didn’t need medical attention.
