This interactive workshop, open to all experience levels, will offer valuable insights into the audition process, including resume formatting, vocal performance feedback and a Q&A session with industry professionals. Participants will also have the opportunity to perform a 90-second song cut and receive direct feedback to improve their audition presence.
“This workshop is great for people of all ages,” said Paige Clabo, owner and artistic director of Heirlooms Fine & Performing Arts. “Students who are going to college auditions, children looking for performing arts camps this summer and adults looking for North Alabama Community theater auditions this summer. We hope to see the community there for a fun afternoon of learning.”
The fee for the workshop is $40, and only 30 slots are available, making early registration highly recommended. Participants should bring a laptop, iPad or something to write with, along with a 90-second cut of a song they sing best.
