Power outage affects nearly 2,000 Jackson customers, including JSU campus

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Nearly 2,000 customers are without power in the City of Jackson, including the Jackson State University (JSU) campus.

According to Entergy Mississippi, the outage was reported around 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 11. The outage affects 1,842 customers.

Entergy’s website said the estimated restoration time is around 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11.
