Lynn Harrison Vadah, 64, of Stephenville, Texas, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Highway 67 4 miles west of Comanche Friday afternoon, according to a crash report from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The report state Harrison was traveling west down the highway when she crossed over into the eastbound lane and struck an 18-wheeler that was parked on the shoulder.
Harrison was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to the report. No other injuries were reported.
