According to Stephanie Garriga, Assistant Head of School for Advancement and Community Relations at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, a third of the students at the upper school were out sick on Wednesday, January 29. This caused classes to be canceled on Thursday, January 30 and Friday, January 31.
On Thursday, Garriga said between a fourth and a third of students were out sick or having to leave school for being sick. She said classes on Friday have also been canceled for early childhood, lower and middle schools.
