Live Christmas trees can still be dropped off at McCabe Park until the end of January

Mountain Home Parks and Recreation are making a final call for used, live Christmas trees to be dropped off at McCabe Park. Trees can be dropped off in the gravel parking lot on the west side of the park. Artificial trees will not be accepted and live trees should be clear of all decorations and lights.

Recreation Coordinator Andrew McNair says the trees will be used to improve the fishery.
