The real estate developer of the newest addition to the Marketplace at Merced, Ethan Conrad Properties Inc. posted on social media and said they are excited that Raising Cane’s is officially joining the marketplace.
Ethan Conrad Properties says there will be a 15-year lease for a 50,093-square-foot location at 665 Fairfield Drive.
Collaborating with a brand like Raising Cane’s is an exciting milestone for both Marketplace at Merced and Ethan Conrad Properties, bringing new energy and opportunities to our centers.
