Nexstar names new general manager for Fresno’s CBS47 and KSEE24

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE)—Nexstar Media Group announced on Thursday that Matt Morse will become the Vice President and General Manager of its operations in Fresno.

Morse returns to Central California having previously been the general manager of KMPH-TV and KFRE-TV in Fresno from December 2019 to November 2022. Morse has most recently been Sales Manager for Nexstar’s San Francisco operations, a role he held from May 2024 until January 2025.

“Matt is a highly regarded leader with a distinguished background in broadcast sales management, operations, and marketing, bringing over 20 years of television experience, much of it rooted in Fresno,” said Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Matthew Rosenfeld.
