Crime Reports: Property line dispute leads to police presence in Abilene
Editor’s Note: The Abilene Police Department supplied the following arrest and incident reports. All information below comes from reports made by responding officers, and all suspects are considered not guilty unless determined otherwise in a court of law.

Incidents

1100 block of S 9th Street – Criminal Mischief
A south Abilene business reported an unknown suspect forced entry and caused damage.

2300 block of Robertson Drive – Assault Family Violence
A report was taken for assault family violence.

2500 block of Barrow Street – Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled

1600 block of Hwy 351 – Warrant
Two suspects were arrested for theft and warrants at a north Abilene business.

2700 block of Beech Street – Assault
Police responded to a disturbance in progress where two neighbors were involved in an ongoing dispute over a property line.

Payton Downing – Warrant, Theft of Property

Brittnie Channell – Theft of Property, Possession of Controlled Substance

Christopher Young – Possession of Controlled Substance

Abimel Rio Torres – Public Intoxication, Unlawful Carrying of Weapon

Jonathan Jackson – Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Carrying of Weapon, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information

Nicole Sikes – Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance
