EARLY, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – The City of Early welcomed the newly sworn-in county officials on Friday morning.
The event took place at the Brown County Courthouse with representatives from the City of Early and Early Chamber of Commerce.
Three members were sworn into office today, January 3. County Attorney Jennifer Broughton starts her second term, Kirk Chastain becomes the new County Commissioner of Precinct 1, and David “Doc” Reid begins his first term as County Commissioner of Precinct 3.
