Teton County emergency crews respond to fire in weather that posed ‘many challenges’

At approximately 5:15 this evening, TCFR was dispatched to a report of an outbuilding that was on fire north of Driggs and East of Tetonia off 10000 North. When crews arrived, the 20×30 building was engulfed in flames.

This fire occurred during a winter storm warning. These conditions posed many challenges to firefighters.

We were to able extinguish the fire within 20 minutes; however, salvage, overall and cleanup will take several hours.
