Crime Reports: Abilene police say woman arrested for public intoxication threatens officers

Editor’s Note: The following arrest and incident reports were supplied by the Abilene Police Department. All information below comes from reports made by responding officers, and all suspects are considered not guilty unless determined otherwise in a court of law.

Incidents

3500 block of South Clack Street – Theft of Property
A suspect was arrested for stealing from a Southside store with two prior theft convictions.

Unknown location – Terroristic Threat Reaction Emergency Agency
A 21-year-old man was arrested for terroristic threats and resisting arrest.

2100 block of Ross Avenue – Criminal Mischief
A 22-year-old claimed a known suspect damaged his vehicle.

3500 block of North 6th Street – Public Intoxication
The Abilene police responded to a disturbance near a bar in north Abilene. Following an investigation, they arrested a 39-year-old woman for public intoxication. While being transported to jail, the suspect allegedly threatened to retaliate against the officer, leading to an additional charge of obstruction or retaliation.
