Beach reopening a prelude to Rickenbacker Causeway overhaul
After seven years of closure, deliberation and renovation, North Hobie Island Beach has officially reopened, a milestone in the county’s still unrevealed Rickenbacker Causeway Master Plan after traffic jams slowed drivers leaving Key Biscayne during the work.
