MERKEL, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) — The Merkel Police Department is asking for community assistance regarding a string of thefts and vehicle burglaries.
These thefts took place between Saturday, December 7, and Sunday, December 15. If you have recorded any suspicious activity during this time, the police request that you share that footage with the department.
Videos can be submitted through the ‘Citizen Portal,’ where they will be automatically uploaded to the Merkel Police Department.
Ensure your homes and cars are secure and report any suspicious activity promptly.
