Millcreek police recognized for 2023 Stuff the Cop Car Campaign

(WJET/WFXP) – A local police station earned recognition for their work in the community.

The Millcreek Township Police Association (MPA) were recognized for their contributions to the Second Harvest Food Bank at their headquarters on Tuesday.

They collected over 1,500 pounds of food and $6,100 during their 2023 Stuff the Cop Car Campaign.

“We’re extremely grateful for the public’s generosity and we can’t wait to do it again,” said Kyle Caldwell, MPA president. “Thank you to all our officers that gave their time, the Second Harvest Food Bank for their support and Wegmans for allowing us to use their stores.”

The campaign took place at both Erie Wegmans locations.
