AUSTIN, Texas (KVIA) — Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing the Biden Administration’s Department of Homeland Security, according to the AG’s office. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and several other agencies and officials are also being sued by Paxton.

The lawsuits are over the federal government’s cutting of Texas’ concertina wire, which was placed along the border by the State of Texas to stem the flow of illegal migration.
