Teen suspect in Walnut Creek homicide turned himself in

An 18-year-old wanted in connection with the murder last week of a Vallejo resident in Walnut Creek turned himself in to authorities Saturday.

Dylan Baker was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. Baker is suspected in the June 17 murder of 25-year-old Stacy Corley.

Jaesin Collado, a 22-year-old Martinez resident, and a 17-year-old who is not being identified because he is a juvenile were previously arrested in connection to the case.

Corley was fatally shot near the intersection of N. California Blvd. and Ygnacio Valley Road. Officers arrested Collado and the younger teen after investigators tracked a vehicle allegedly connected to the shooting to a home in Martinez.

Police have not released a motive in the case.
