RESOLVED: Requests to and from Google Compute Instances in us-west2 may see increase traffic loss when using the instance’s public IP

Incident began at 2021-05-04 19:11 and ended at 2021-05-04 21:54 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Google Compute Engine has been resolved for all affected users as of approximately Tuesday, 2021-05-04 21:15 US/Pacific.
