One day after an accuser in the now-infamous Deshaun Watson sexual assault case dropped her civil case against the Houston Texans quarterback, yet another plaintiff has come forward.
“The latest plaintiff, a Houston makeup artist, accuses Watson of sexual assault and harassment during massage sessions at his home in September 2020 and November 2020.” Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reported on Wednesday.
This news comes shortly after judges rules most of the women accusing Deshaun Watson of sexual assault and/or sexual misconduct must identify themselves in order to give the defense a fair trial.
The latest accuser alleges that Watson repeatedly asked her to touch his penis during a massage while trying to kiss and grope the unnamed woman.
“Plaintiff was mentally beat, the pressure from Watson’s relentless instruction coercing her against her will left her powerless,” the lawsuit indicates.
Since initially being accused of sexual assault by one woman back in March, north of 20 others have come forward in civil cases. The Houston Police Department has since opened a criminal investigation stemming from the allegations while the NFL is conducting its own investigation under the guise of its personal conduct policy. Deshaun Watson is reportedly facing a suspension.
